Mr. Oğuzhan Emre Parlak is the founding partner of our law firm. He graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2016. Afterwards, he completed his legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association.

He received his master’s degree in public law with a thesis entitled “Searching, Copying, and Seizing Information Systems In Turkish Criminal Procedure Law” at Galatasaray University in 2019. He is a PhD Candidate in Public Law at Galatasaray University. He also works as a lecturer at Üsküdar University. In addition, he is a registered trademark attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Parlak practices mainly in the fields of IT Law, Intellectual Property Law, Communication Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. He is also fluent in English and French.
