Mr. Said Ebrar Yıldız is the founding partner of our law firm. He graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2018. Afterward, he completed his legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association, obtained his attorney’s license and started practicing law as a lawyer at a prestigious law firm.

Following his undergraduate education, Mr. Yıldız also started his master’s program in the Department of Commercial Law at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences. He studied at Jagiellonian University in Krakow during his master’s degree as well. Subsequently, he successfully obtained his master’s degree with his thesis titled “Unfair Competition By Non-Compliance With Business Conditions” 2024. This thesis was published as a book by On İki Levha Yayıncılık under the same name in 2025.

Mr. Yıldız practices mainly in the fields of Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Competition Law, Contracts Law, Intellectual Property Law, E-commerce Law, Labor and Social Security Law. He is also fluent in English and French.
