Mr. Serdar Durdağı is the founding partner of our law firm. He graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2019. Afterwards, he completed his legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association. While working as an intern and then as an attorney for a prestigious law firm in Istanbul, he provided legal consultancy in Turkish, French and English to international companies.

Mr. Durdağı also studied at University of Lille II Law and Health. In addition, he received his master’s degree in international business law with a thesis entitled “Assessment of Goodwill Compensation in Exclusive Distribution Agreement from Comparative Perspective of Turkish and Belgian Law” at Université Libre Bruxelles in 2022.

Mr. Durdağı practices mainly in the fields of Contracts Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Maritime Law, Transportation and Maritime Law, Start-up Law and Administrative Law. He is also fluent in English and French.
